공사관리사진(SiteKitto)은 건설 현장의 사진을 촬영, 분류, 관리하기 위한 모바일 애플리케이션입니다. 주요 기능은 다음과 같습니다.

2이용 자격
- 만 14세 이상의 개인이 본 앱을 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 이용자는 정확한 최신의 정보를 제공하여 계정을 등록해야 합니다.
- 계정 정보의 보안 유지는 이용자의 책임이며, 계정의 무단 사용에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

4이용자 콘텐츠
이용자가 앱을 통해 촬영, 업로드 또는 생성한 모든 콘텐츠(사진, 프로젝트 데이터, 보고서 등)의 소유권은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 운영자는 서비스 제공 목적으로만 이용자 콘텐츠를 저장 및 처리합니다.
- 이용자는 불법적이거나 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠를 업로드해서는 안 됩니다.
- 운영자는 이용자 콘텐츠에 대한 소유권을 주장하지 않습니다.
5데이터 저장 및 백업
- 앱의 데이터는 기본적으로 이용자 기기의 로컬 저장소(SQLite)에 저장됩니다.
- Pro 플랜 이용자는 선택적으로 메타데이터를 클라우드에 백업할 수 있습니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 로컬 데이터가 영구 삭제될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 로컬 데이터의 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 클라우드 백업 서비스의 가용성은 보장되지 않으며, 네트워크 상태에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
6금지 행위
- 앱의 역컴파일, 리버스 엔지니어링 또는 소스코드 추출
- 불법적인 목적으로 앱을 사용하는 행위
- 다른 이용자의 데이터에 무단 접근하는 행위
- 앱의 보안 기능을 우회하거나 무력화하는 행위
- 자동화된 방법으로 데이터를 수집하는 행위
- 계정을 타인과 공유하는 행위
7계정 삭제
이용자는 앱 내 설정에서 언제든지 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 시:
- 서버에 저장된 모든 계정 정보 및 데이터가 영구 삭제됩니다.
- 기기에 저장된 로컬 데이터는 이용자가 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
- 활성 구독이 있는 경우, 계정 삭제 전 Apple 설정에서 구독을 해지해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 삭제된 계정과 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.
8지적 재산권
앱의 디자인, 코드, 브랜드, 로고 및 기타 지적 재산은 운영자에게 귀속됩니다. 이용자는 앱을 개인적 용도로만 사용할 수 있는 비독점적, 양도 불가능한 제한적 라이선스를 부여받습니다.
9면책 조항
- 앱은 "있는 그대로(AS IS)" 제공되며, 명시적 또는 묵시적 보증은 제공되지 않습니다.
- 운영자는 앱의 중단 없는 또는 오류 없는 운영을 보장하지 않습니다.
- 건설 현장의 안전 관련 결정은 전문적인 판단에 의거해야 하며, 앱에만 의존해서는 안 됩니다.
- 기기 고장, OS 업데이트, 앱 충돌 등으로 인한 데이터 손실에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
10책임 제한
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 운영자의 총 책임은 해당 청구 발생 전 12개월 동안 이용자가 앱에 대해 실제 지급한 금액을 초과하지 않습니다. 운영자는 간접적, 부수적, 결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
11개인정보 보호
이용자의 개인정보 처리에 관한 사항은 별도의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
12Apple 관련 조항
본 약관은 이용자와 findU 사이에만 적용되며, Apple Inc.는 당사자가 아닙니다. Apple은 앱 및 그 콘텐츠에 대한 책임이 없습니다. Apple은 앱에 대한 유지보수 또는 지원 서비스를 제공할 의무가 없습니다. 앱이 보증 조건에 부합하지 않는 경우, Apple에 통보하면 Apple은 해당 앱의 구매 가격을 환불할 수 있습니다. Apple은 본 약관의 제3자 수익자로서 본 약관을 이용자에 대해 집행할 수 있는 권리를 가집니다.
13약관 변경
운영자는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경 사항은 앱 내 알림 또는 이메일로 사전에 안내합니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 사용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
14준거법 및 분쟁 해결
본 약관은 일본법에 따라 해석 및 적용됩니다. 본 약관과 관련된 분쟁은 도쿄지방재판소를 제1심 관할법원으로 합니다.

1Service Overview
Construction Photo (SiteKitto) is a mobile application designed for capturing, organizing, and managing photos at construction sites. Key features include:
- Construction site photo capture and categorization
- Project-based photo management
- Report creation and generation
- Offline data storage and management
- Cloud backup and restore (Pro plan)
2Eligibility
- You must be at least 14 years old to use this App.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

4User Content
You retain ownership of all content you capture, upload, or create through the App, including photos, project data, and reports.
- We store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
- You must not upload content that is illegal or infringes on third-party rights.
- We do not claim ownership of your content.
5Data Storage and Backup
- App data is stored locally on your device (SQLite) by default.
- Pro plan users may optionally back up metadata to the cloud.
- Uninstalling the App may permanently delete locally stored data. We are not responsible for loss of local data.
- Cloud backup service availability is not guaranteed and may vary depending on network conditions.
6Prohibited Uses
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from the App
- Using the App for any illegal purpose
- Unauthorized access to other users' data
- Circumventing or disabling the App's security features
- Automated data collection or scraping
- Sharing your account with others
7Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Upon account deletion:
- All account information and data stored on our servers will be permanently deleted.
- Locally stored data on your device must be removed by you.
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it in Apple Settings before deleting your account.
- Deleted accounts and data cannot be recovered.
8Intellectual Property
The App's design, code, branding, logos, and other intellectual property belong to the Operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
9Disclaimers
- The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
- Construction site safety decisions should be based on professional judgment and should not rely solely on this App.
- We are not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, OS updates, or app crashes.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy.
12Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are between you and findU only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App and its contents. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any, for the App to you. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you.
13Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

2利用資格
- 本アプリは14歳以上の方がご利用いただけます。
- アカウント登録時には、正確かつ最新の情報を提供してください。
- アカウント情報のセキュリティ維持は利用者の責任です。不正アクセスについて 運営者は責任を負いません。

4ユーザーコンテンツ
アプリを通じて撮影、アップロード、または作成したすべてのコンテンツ （写真、プロジェクトデータ、レポート等）の所有権は利用者に帰属します。
- 運営者はサービス提供の目的でのみ、利用者のコンテンツを保存および 処理します。
- 違法なコンテンツ、または第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツを アップロードしてはなりません。
- 運営者は利用者のコンテンツに対する所有権を主張しません。
5データ保存およびバックアップ
- アプリのデータは、デフォルトで利用者の端末のローカルストレージ （SQLite）に保存されます。
- Proプラン利用者は、オプションでメタデータをクラウドにバックアップ できます。
- アプリを削除すると、ローカルに保存されたデータが永久に削除される 場合があります。運営者はローカルデータの損失について責任を負いません。
- クラウドバックアップサービスの可用性は保証されず、ネットワーク状況に よって異なる場合があります。
6禁止事項
- アプリの逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリング、ソースコード抽出
- 違法な目的でのアプリの使用
- 他の利用者のデータへの不正アクセス
- アプリのセキュリティ機能の回避または無効化
- 自動化された手段によるデータ収集
- アカウントの第三者との共有
7アカウント削除
利用者はアプリ内の設定からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。 アカウント削除時:
- サーバーに保存されたすべてのアカウント情報およびデータが永久に 削除されます。
- 端末に保存されたローカルデータは、利用者自身で削除する必要が あります。
- 有効なサブスクリプションがある場合、アカウント削除前にApple設定から 解約してください。
- 削除されたアカウントおよびデータは復元できません。
8知的財産権
アプリのデザイン、コード、ブランド、ロゴおよびその他の知的財産は 運営者に帰属します。利用者には、アプリを個人的な目的でのみ使用する 非独占的、譲渡不可の限定的ライセンスが付与されます。
9免責事項
- アプリは「現状のまま（AS IS）」提供され、明示的または黙示的な 保証は行いません。
- アプリの中断のない、またはエラーのない動作を保証するものでは ありません。
- 建設現場の安全に関する判断は専門的な判断に基づくべきであり、 本アプリのみに依拠すべきではありません。
- 端末の故障、OSアップデート、アプリのクラッシュ等によるデータ損失に ついて、運営者は責任を負いません。
10責任制限
適用される法律が許容する最大限の範囲において、運営者の総責任額は、 請求発生前12か月間に利用者がアプリに対して実際に支払った金額を 超えないものとします。運営者は、間接的、付随的、または結果的損害に ついて責任を負いません。
11プライバシー
利用者の個人情報の取り扱いについては、別途定める プライバシーポリシーに従います。
12Apple関連条項
本規約は利用者とfindUの間にのみ適用され、Apple Inc.は当事者では ありません。Appleはアプリおよびそのコンテンツに対する責任を負いません。 Appleはアプリに関する保守またはサポートサービスを提供する義務を 負いません。アプリが保証条件に適合しない場合、Appleに通知すれば、 Appleはアプリの購入価格を返金することがあります。Appleは本規約の 第三者受益者であり、利用者に対して本規約を執行する権利を有します。
13規約の変更
運営者は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更に ついては、アプリ内通知またはメールにて事前にお知らせします。 変更後もアプリを継続して使用する場合、変更後の規約に同意した ものとみなされます。
14準拠法および紛争解決
本規約は日本法に準拠し解釈されるものとします。本規約に 関する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。
